HIV 911
HIV911 is an on-line facility that provides information on the location of more than 8 200 HIV-related services across South Africa. The HIV911 service is run by the Centre for HIV and AIDS Networking (HIVAN), a non-profit organisation situated at the University of KwaZulu Natal.HEAIDS has facilitated a partnership between Higher Education South Africa (HESA) and HIV911 to assist higher education institutions to make appropriate referrals for students and staff who are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and to empower individuals to seek out relevant services.
